ZardoCards Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ZardoCards! We value your trust and are committed to providing you with authentic, high-quality Pokémon cards and merchandise.

1. No Returns Accepted

Due to the nature of our products and to maintain the integrity of our collectibles, all sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing a purchase. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us before ordering — we're here to help.

2. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in rare cases where an error occurs on our end, such as:

  • Receiving the wrong item

  • Receiving a damaged item (proof required)

If such a case arises, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to find a solution.

3. Non-Refundable Items

All products are considered non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the limited cases outlined above. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Opened or damaged booster packs or boxes

  • Sealed products that have been opened

  • Customized or altered items

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that period, if the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
