Overview
Zardo Order Insurance is an optional protection plan that safeguards your order from the moment you complete your purchase. Because we deal in high-value collectibles, we created this coverage to give you peace of mind throughout the shipping and delivery process. You'll see the option to add Order Insurance in your cart drawer, your cart, and at checkout — adding it takes one click, and it stays attached to your order automatically.
How It Works
When you add Zardo Order Insurance to your order, your purchase becomes protected against the most common shipping risks. There's nothing to activate and no paperwork to fill out in advance — your coverage is live as soon as your order is placed. If something goes wrong during transit, you simply reach out to us and we'll take care of the rest.
What's Covered
Your order is protected against:
- Theft during shipping or after delivery
- Shipping delays (Over 30d) in transit
- Damage that occurs while your order is on its way to you
- Customs inspections, including cases where customs opens your package during international transit
In the event of damage or an issue covered by this policy, you'll be eligible to receive a refund of up to 50% of the affected item(s).
Shipping & International Orders
Orders generally ship internationally within 3–5 business days, fully tracked and protected from the moment they leave us. Please note that duties may apply on orders shipped outside of the USA and Canada. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties imposed by their country. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are not included in your order total or covered by this insurance.
How to File a Claim
If your order arrives damaged, is delayed, goes missing, or is affected by a customs inspection, filing a claim is simple:
- Contact us at info@zardocards.com within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date, in the case of lost or delayed orders).
- Include your order number and a short description of the issue.
- Attach photos of any visible damage to the item and packaging, where applicable.
Our team will review your claim and respond promptly with the next steps. Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Good to Know
- Order Insurance must be added at the time of purchase and cannot be applied after an order has shipped.
- Coverage applies only to the order it was purchased with.
- Claims outside the stated window or without supporting documentation may not be eligible.
- This insurance does not cover taxes, duties, or charges imposed by customs authorities.
